By accessing this website, purchasing specific hardware ("DMA Cards", "Fusers"), or licensing software ("Digital Goods"), you ("The Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately leave this site.

Prohibited Parties: By accessing this site, you certify that you are not an employee, agent, or contractor of any game publishing company, anti-cheat development firm, or law enforcement agency acting in an official capacity. Access by such parties is strictly prohibited and constitutes trespass.

Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

• Digital Products: Once a license key has been generated or viewed, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances, including incompatibility, user error, or anti-cheat detection.
• Hardware Products: DMA Hardware is sold as-is. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
• Exceptions: The ONLY exception is hardware that is Dead on Arrival (DOA). You must report DOA hardware within 7 days of delivery tracking. We will exchange the unit. No monetary refunds will be issued.

We take a zero-tolerance approach to chargebacks and payment fraud.

• Any customer who initiates a chargeback or payment dispute will be immediately banned from all services.
• Your license keys will be revoked, and your Hardware ID (HWID) will be blacklisted across our network and partner networks.
• Legal Action: In the event of a fraudulent dispute, SLACKN reserves the right to forward all transaction details, IP logs, and chat records to your financial institution and relevant authorities to prove the validity of the debt.

Educational Use Only: All products sold on this site are intended for educational, research, and development purposes only (e.g., debugging memory, testing system security). We do not condone the use of our products to violate the Terms of Service of any third-party software or game.

Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that using DMA hardware or software in online environments carries inherent risk. SLACKN is not responsible for:

• Account bans, suspensions, or terminations by third-party services.
• Hardware bans or "HWID flags" applied by anti-cheat providers.
• Loss of virtual items, rank, or progress.

Ownership of physical hardware transfers to the buyer the moment the package is handed to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or seized packages once they have left our facility.

Customs/Import: The buyer is solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or seizure of goods by customs in their destination country.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to this Website shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Delaware.
