Terms of Service

1) Definitions

• “Digital Items” mean non-tangible products (e.g., software keys, loaders, eBooks, guides, licenses).
• “DMA Hardware” means physical hardware sold by SLACKN (e.g., DMA cards and related accessories).
• “License” is a time-limited, revocable right to use a Digital Item, not a sale of the software itself.
• “You” / “Customer” means the purchaser, user, or visitor of our site or products.

2) Eligibility & Compliance

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and not prohibited from receiving the products under applicable laws. You are solely responsible for compliance with all game EULAs, platform rules, and local regulations. SLACKN is not affiliated with any game publisher and does not endorse violating any third-party terms.

3) Digital Items — Delivery & Acceptance

• Delivery occurs when a license/key, download link, loader access, or instructions are made available to you.
• Digital Items are deemed accepted upon successful delivery (including automated delivery).
• Licenses are tied to the scope disclosed at purchase (e.g., account-bound, device-bound, HWID-bound, term-limited).
• We do not guarantee compatibility with future OS, driver, anti-cheat, or game updates.

4) DMA Hardware — Shipping, Risk & Limited RMA

• DMA Hardware ships to the address you provide. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon carrier acceptance.
• All hardware sales are final. A limited DOA exchange (same model) may be offered within 7 calendar days of delivery for manufacturing defects only. Proof (photos/video + diagnostic steps) and prior authorization are required.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping, insurance, and safe packaging for any authorized RMA.
• We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incompatibility with your system or game, or misuse.

5) Strict No-Refund Policy (Digital & Hardware)

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, no refunds, returns, or cancellations are provided under any circumstance after order confirmation, including but not limited to: change of mind, user error, incompatibility, account/game bans, patching or disabling by publishers, or third-party interferences (e.g., anti-cheat updates).

If a duplicate charge occurs due to a processor error, contact support within 48 hours; verified duplicates may be reversed at our discretion. This is the only exception.

6) Chargebacks, Disputes & Fraud

• You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for delivered orders. Doing so constitutes a material breach.
• Unauthorized disputes may result in immediate license revocation, account bans, denial of future service, and submission of evidence (delivery logs, IP/usage logs, communications) to the payment processor or courts.
• We reserve the right to share fraud data with processors and platforms consistent with applicable law.

7) Assumption of Risk & Bans

You acknowledge that using third-party utilities in online games may violate game EULAs and can result in account or hardware bans, suspensions, or other penalties. You assume all risk. SLACKN is not liable for any enforcement action, lost accounts, lost progress, or consequential damages.

8) License Grant & Restrictions (Digital Items)

• We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for the licensed term.
• You may not reverse engineer, resell, share, rent, transfer, sublicense, or publicly distribute any Digital Item, key, loader, or guide.
• We may revoke or suspend access for suspected abuse, fraud, redistribution, or breach of these Terms.

9) Support

Support is provided on a commercially reasonable basis via our official channels. Support availability does not guarantee fixes for third-party changes (e.g., game/anti-cheat updates, OS updates). We may post compatibility notices and best-effort workarounds.

10) Updates, Downtime & Modifications

Digital Items may be modified, patched, or temporarily disabled (e.g., for safety) without notice. Access time lost due to maintenance, updates, or third-party changes is not refundable or creditable.

11) Taxes & Export

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and import fees. You agree to comply with export and sanctions laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

12) Disclaimer of Warranties

AS-IS / AS-AVAILABLE. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SLACKN disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SLACKN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages; lost profits; loss of data; loss of accounts; or business interruptions. In all cases, SLACKN’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim in the 30 days preceding the event.

14) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SLACKN and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the products, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.

15) Governing Law; Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver

• Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflicts of laws.
• Binding Arbitration. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or products shall be resolved by final, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Rules. Venue shall be Wilmington, Delaware, USA. You and SLACKN waive the right to a jury trial.
• Class-Action Waiver. Disputes must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a class, collective, or representative action.
• Small Claims Option. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small-claims court in New Castle County, Delaware, instead of arbitration.
• 30-Day Opt-Out. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing legal opt-out notice to legal@slackn.io within 30 days of first acceptance of these Terms.

16) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to any product for breach, fraud, chargeback, or misuse. Upon termination, all licenses immediately cease.

17) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Summary (non-binding): All sales are final. Digital access is a license, not ownership. DMA hardware is final sale with DOA-exchange only (7 days). No refunds or chargebacks. You assume all risks (including bans). Disputes go to individual arbitration in Delaware.
